My topic

I have chosen to write my research topic on Anterior Cruciate Ligament. I have torn both of mine and I think that I have some experience to help me out with my research topic. I already know some info on the topic but I do want to find out other things like when you tear it, is the ligament already going bad or is it just based on how you turn and pivot. This topic really cathes my attention because it has happened to me twice. It is a very painful experiecne and I really want to know if there is anyway to prevent the ligament from tearing.
